Jason was one of 3 prospective realtors we interviewed for the sale of our home in 2005. Jason felt he could sell our place (or at least proposed a higher offering price) than the other 2 realtors, both of whom I also thought were also good. I liked Jason's pitch - he was confident without being cocky - so we decided to go with him. Our home sold in about a week for within 1% of the original asking price. To this day I am not sure if we were just lucky we found the right buyer so quickly but I will have to say that even if we were lucky to find that buyer Jason still handled the staging, preparation, and negotiation very well.
